Introduction

The Anna Szabo Show Christian podcast for women was born in 2017 as I was going through a divorce, depression, and suicidal ideation as the result of Narcissistic Relationship Abuse.

God called me to ministry, and I was willing to follow His calling but I didn’t know how to share God’s miracles with the world. The Holy Spirit was speaking to me every day about this podcast.

One day, I came across a mention of the podcast syndication platform. I checked them out on Twitter and they gave me a free month free. I signed up for podcast hosting but I had no podcasting equipment.

All I had was a very old MacBook Pro from 2011 with limited memory and iPhone headphones. That was all I had. I learned that if I sat on the floor in my closet surrounded by pillows, the sound quality would be fine. That was how my Christian podcast for women was born – on the floor in my closet.

Within the first few weeks, The Anna Szabo Show was already downloaded all over the globe. I was receiving messages from my listeners about the impact of my Christian podcast on their lives. I felt amazed and grateful.

Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.

Mark 16:15

I’ll be honest with you: The Anna Szabo Show takes a lot of work because I do everything myself. From creating the content plan for the topics to discuss to recording, editing, publishing, search optimization, show notes, everything is done by me.

There are no interns or employees here, just me and God.

That’s why in 2019, I took a little break from producing this Christian podcast and focused on building this website, which was designed, created, built, is managed and filled with content – all by me.

My purpose in life is to share how God has performed many miracles for me personally. The word of God saved me from suicide. Today, I committed my Christian podcast for women The Anna Szabo Show and my Christian ministry Online Discipleship For Women to one cause: to help alleviate suicide among women globally by sharing hope in Christ.

Today, I produce content in my home office. I have a new MacBook Pro from 2019, a professional microphone, a pop-filter, and a noise-reducing wall. I have invested some resources to make the production experience easier for me and the sound quality optimal for you. But… I’m glad I started on the floor in my closet when God called me to do this Christian podcast for women who face adversity, suffer, and might be contemplating suicide.

This blog has all my podcast episodes listed in its original order. What God Says About You was the first episode, and it’s listed first. So, the newest episodes of The Anna Szabo Show are listed on the bottom of this page and are added there weekly.

I grouped content also into topical categories to make it easy for you to find what you need. So, the beginning of this blog offers various groups of the podcast – just click the title to get to the podcast itself.

May this content be a resource to comfort you.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.

2 Corinthians 1:3-4

I want to make the Gospel practical and applicable to your daily experiences, so there are no theories here, only real-life stuff: abuse, divorce, childhood trauma, self-doubt, anxiety, depression, relationships, habits, lifestyle, decision-making, and the fundamental questions about God, Jesus, faith as it relates to our imperfect, messed up lives and painful human experiences. This is not a prosperity Gospel podcast.

I am a real human woman whose life sometimes rocks and sometimes sucks. I’ve experienced a lot of adversity and plenty of blessings. But God’s grace has been sufficient for me on this journey.

Walking in faith doesn’t make me perfect. It doesn’t give me life that always rocks. My life is just like everyone else’s BUT when life sucks, I have hope.

That’s why I’m here, on the Internet, doing all this massive work. All I want it to share my hope in Christ with you so that you can also have hope, especially if your life sucks right now. I want you to persevere. I want you to be here tomorrow. I want you to choose life, no matter how much it sucks.

Why? Because God will use all things together for good.

God has a purpose for your life.

You’re here for a reason.

What God Says About You

I’ve struggled with identity a lot, growing up without a father with a mother who said hateful things to me and wanted me dead. Later in life, I established myself and was ok, until my marriage with the Narcissist who abused me cruelly and shattered my identity. That’s when I sought out to understand my identity in Christ and chose to get grounded in what God says about me instead of listening to what anyone else says about me.

How To Talk To God

I had an encounter with Jesus Christ and became a Christian in 2014. Since then, I’ve been talking to God every day. It is a spiritual practice that helps you surrender, be in constant fellowships with your creator, and also tap into God’s infinite intelligence.

The Bible says that we live in heavenly places right now, as we also live here in the physical world. “The Physics of God” book explains scientifically where God is and how we can access Him. He’s right here right now, everywhere, at all times, and He is creating everything all the time. So, you talking to God is no joke.

Listen, I have an MBA and a doctoral degree in criminal justice, just in case you’re overly-educated, too. I graduated from four colleges. And I guarantee that, though talking to God is not a concept taught during MBA studies in B-school, it is the most important business and life skill you can ever learn.

Forgiveness Meditation With Music

I’ve dealt with so much in life… I’m sure you have too. Everyone’s life sometimes rocks and sometimes sucks. So, there’s lots of forgiveness to do. It must be a regular practice if you want to preserve your physical, mental, and emotional health. Otherwise, you can grow bitter, resentful, and make yourself sick. The only one suffering from you not forgiving your offender is you. You are the only prisoner in your own prison and you hold the key.

Liberate yourself from the prison of unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment, anger, and rage. Set yourself free and move on with a lighter heart!

How To Feel Empowered

Life is no joke. You face many trials. I faced quite a few myself, and I can tell you: feeling powerless is easy these days. But how do you get empowered when life knocks your socks off and you find yourself face down in a bunch of crap. How do you get up and bounce back a stronger achiever?

Empowerment is the answer, and it’s a special skill. You need to learn it, master it, and protect your mind from hopelessness and despair. You can get up, get out, and try again. You can be strong in the power of Christ.

Tell Me How You Really Feel

Feelings are my favorite topic. It’s also the topic I hated before. I couldn’t understand why talk about feelings, what was even important about how anyone felt. I thought we all just needed to do what needs to be done and move on. I was a high-achiever with a focus on performance, and feelings were totally irrelevant, in my mind.

That was until I hit the rock bottom and realized that I’m a human, not a robot. I have lots of different feelings, and so do others. People’s feelings matter. How I feel, what I feel – that matters. So, I started learning to feel various emotions, name them, experience them instead of resisting them, and my healing began. Today, I am fully human, and I talk about feelings.

Narcissistic Abuse 101

I was married to the Narcissist in 2016-2017, and the experience taught me everything I ever did not want to know about Satan (Who Is Satan?) so I used my lessons to help you survive, heal, and thrive again.

The Narcissist wants you to believe that you are crazy, stupid, and worthless. Let me tell you the truth…

Self-Care Plan and Tips

I used to believe that life was all about work and fortitude. Then, I burned myself out. Since my suicidal depression when I faced spiritual warfare in 2016-2017, I learned how valuable and critical self-care is in everyone’s life.

In my life, self-care is key to mental health. If I don’t fuel my mind with meditations, good books, and journaling about gratitude, if I don’t fuel my body with exercise, if I don’t spend quality time with friends who enrich my life spiritually, I simply run out of “gas.” To function well, you need self-care.

How To Forgive Someone

The most common response to my idea of forgiving someone who abused you is that no way on earth can that person be forgiven. I totally understand. I personally was abused and endure much pain from people in my life. The only thing is that the person suffering from your unforgiveness is you. Why choose to suffer? Forgiveness allows you to set yourself free from the bondage with your abuser. Forgiveness allows you to live again.

Self-Care Meditation With Music

There are so many benefits of self-care: physical wellbeing, mental health, emotional stability, spiritual surrender, and overall the feeling of being renewed, recharged, and refreshed. Self-care is key to perseverance.

Lack of self-care causes many issues. It rids us of strength, sanity, and power. We can’t run around with our heads cut off and expect to sustain ourselves long-term. We need self-care and down-time.

How To Pray To God

Prayer has been the most valuable spiritual practice since I became a Christian in 2014. Prayer allows you to surrender. Prayer enables you to voice your anxiety and worries and hear the answers from the Holy Spirit.

Prayer has the wonder-power of uplifting you spiritually, empowering you mentally, and energizing you physically. It is the first and the last thing I do every day, and honestly, it’s how I survived my suicidal depression.

“I Am Your Princess” Poem

This is the first poem I had ever written, and it was scary. I woke up at 4 am before my divorce meditation with the Narcissist, and there was this poem dwelling in my headspace. That day, another poem and then another and another was born, and today, you can enjoy my collection of 100+ poems!

“I Trust You” Poem

This poem was my second-born. As I was reflecting on my encounter with Satan, I was realizing that there’s just so much in life I can’t even begin comprehending but I do have God’s word, and I trust Him.

I chose to trust God with my troubles, suffering, heartbreaks, devastation, depression, marriage, career, and everything else.

“I Need Your Love” Poem

God’s love is like a gift – it’s ours but we need to reach out and take the gift. I was so focused on the love of the Narcissist which I didn’t have that I forgot for a moment about God’s eternal love that I did have.

Understanding and accepting God’s love helped me change my perspective on a really painful marriage situation. Reaching out for God’s unconditional love comforted me during those tough trials and tribulations.

No matter your season of love, know that God loves you.

“Lord, I Need You” Poem

I spent many years of my life walking in my own power, until there was none left. During that season of suicidal depression, I was exhausted and had to fight just to be here for my next breath. And the strength, that helped lift me up and out of that miserable pit of darkness and dullness, was the power of Jesus Christ, my lord and savior.

Whatever you’re going through right now, use this poem-prayer to reach out for Jesus and step into His power. Lean on Him, and He will make your path straight. Acknowledging how much I need Christ helped me surrender and abide in Him. Now, I no longer need to know or control everything.

Acknowledging your need for God will comfort you and strengthen you. May this poem-prayer bless you and lift you up right now.

“Prayer for Husband” Poem

“Praying for My Husband” poem from my #PoemsFromGod collection was born as I was going through Divorce Care at church. I had to forgive daily, release my pain daily, and pray daily.

I was working on accepting the divorce and the two divorce filings in our first few months of marriage. I was healing through prayer, and it helped. It helped me with the acceptance of the situation. It helped me find peace.

Meditation for Self-Doubt With Music

In my head, I have a Shitty Committee. It literally works overtime without pay – just to make me feel miserable, overwhelmed, guilty, inadequate, unworthy, insecure, and paralyzed by anxiety. I doubt myself, my ability, my past, my present, my future, everything. Self-doubt is always on!

So, every night and every morning, I remember who I am in Christ, and this meditation for self-doubt with Biblical affirmations helps me walk confidently as a daughter of Almighty God, the ruler of the universe, the giver of all blessings, from whom every good and perfect thing comes to me.

Gratitude Journal 2017

In 2017, right after a Thanksgiving dinner, I came home and recorded this podcast. That year was the year of abuse, divorce jury trial, another court hearing where the Narcissist demanded that I pay $50,000 to cover his attorney fees for the two divorces he filed in our first few months of marriage, a job loss, and so much more adversity.

Yet, I had a heart full of gratitude. I was grateful, and I wanted to share that on my Christian podcast for women. That became an annual tradition, and I’m so glad it did. Gratitude is a self-are practice. Gratitude is the key to joy.

How To Deal With Rejection

Rejection is something I experienced a lot of when growing up my family basically scapegoated me every day. But where it all got confusing was when I got married to the Narcissist.

He demanded that I took his last name, and I did. After our wedding, he disappeared, called his bicycle “My other wife I cheat on you with,” did three IronMan competitions in our first three months of marriage, and then filed for divorce saying he didn’t want to be married anymore and wanted to be an IronMan instead. That rejection, accompanied my a set of eloquent mental cruelty techniques, ended up in suicidal depression for me.

Anna Stevens vs Anna Szabo

This Christian podcast for women is a practical explanation of a very complex phenomenon called “Cognitive Dissonance.” In my poem Loving the Narcissist Is Like Taking Poison and Dying Slowly I shared the journey that led to the conflict between Anna Stevens (my name before May 14th, 2016) and Anna Szabo (my name after I married the Narcissist).

As I explain in My Story of Narcissistic Abuse Relationship, the Narcissist manipulated me into the haze-filled, confusing life in multiple realities, and my dissociation from myself had begun.

In my writings called “What Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde Do to Your Psyche,” I shared what it was like to live with the Narcissist and experience his premeditated deception – every day. Eventually, I became split…

Rejected by God

God never rejected me, but I did feel rejected by God. And church, which is often what we confuse with God. Church isn’t God. Also, individual people who express their hatred, jealousy, and cruelty are not church itself.

These are important differentiation as I’ve heard too many stories as to why people quit on God: because of individual abusive and corrupted people at church. This podcast speaks to this issue, from my experience.

“Loving My Husband” Poem

In that marriage, I learned a lot about love – not from receiving it but from giving. I did The Love Dare, and journal about practicing love as a verb, no matter the cruelty I was enduring. Why?

I chose to marry the Narcissist. I was deceived, yes, but it was me who married him and chose to stay with him, though my friends literally offered to pay to move me out of that marital residence where I was dying in every sense of my being as a human woman.

This poem is about love as a verb.

“Husband for a Reason” Poem

This poem reflects my understanding of why God allows adversity, why He allowed my encounter with Satan, why He allowed for the abuse that almost forced me to kill myself.

I had realized that I needed to learn many lessons to be equipped and prepared to serve God. As one of my mentors told me: “Some people get ministry training at a seminary but you got ministry training on a battlefield with Satan” and it’s true.

“God’s Promises” Poem

Going through all that adversity, misery, heartbreak, emotional pain, and genuine suffering, I felt up and down, up and down, up and down. As I’m reading through my journals, I see how I realize that life is something to be grateful for but in just a few hours I write how I can’t handle life anymore.

What was my lesson learned?

Emotions can’t be relied on when it comes to life.

We must trust God’s promises, not our emotions. Trusting our unstable emotions causes us to give up on life compulsively. But life is too valuable, so we need something way more permanent and stable to keep us grounded. God’s promises are the solid ground I choose to stand on.

“Empowering Women” Poem

The first of my poems about abuse was “Empowering Women.” It was born on October 14th, 2017. That day, I was asked by the Women’s Resource Center To End Domestic Violence (WRCDV) to volunteer by representing the organization at a Domestic Violence awareness event, which I did.

While there, right across from the vendor table where I talked to people about WRCDV was the vendor table for the International Women’s House (IWH), which is a shelter for battered women where I lived in 2009.

Here’s My Domestic Violence and Homelessness Story

I experienced so many feelings while at that event.

At the time, I was in litigation with the Narcissist who pretended to be a good Christian and deceived me and many other people. So, I just had my life flash before me from 2009 to 2017, and this poem was born.

I did a podcast about this topic sharing my experience of being a speaker at an empowerment conference for women earlier that year, in February.

I wrote an article about that called Empowering Women: How To Get Empowered In Six Steps, which actually has my whole conference speech listed there. So, here’s my first poem about abuse.

The Jesus Forgiveness Model

I developed my own model for forgiveness because I had so much forgiving to do during that season of being on the battlefield with Satan.

There were friends who betrayed me, a husband who abandoned and abused me, a lawyer who came unprepared and slacked during the trial, me who was split and dissociating from myself, and on and on my list of people to forgive continues.

So, to streamline the process (I know it sounds hilarious), I invented this model, and it helped me stay sane, persevere, and heal.

God’s Promises 2017

In 2017, I started a vlog on YouTube called “God’s promises.” It’s a series of hidden videos that had never been released but they represent the video documentary of my journey through and from that miserable marriage toward God’s healing and into my new season.

That hidden documentary was the beginning of my journey where I pay close attention to God’s promises and how He never fails us. God never failed me. Documenting my journey gave me new strength and awareness of God’s goodness.

There will be a day when I will release those hidden videos. If you want to be notified, sign up for emails to stay in the know.

After the wedding, I saw clearly that the narc didn’t walk his pre-wedding love talk. It was painful to see how he was neglectful, abusive, and irresponsible as a husband. But reflecting on my own love as a verb experience, I saw that I wasn’t practicing 1 Corinthians 13 love either.

Agape love is how Jesus loved us as fully man and loves as fully God. Here’s an article I wrote called Who is Jesus? It explains in detail how Jesus loved.

We are called to love the same way – sacrificially, kindly, gently, patiently, and humbly. I did not know how to love like that but I wanted to learn, that’s why I paid for counseling with the Narcissist. I was willing to learn everything I needed to learn and practice to love him with agape love.

And I tried but he wanted to be an IronMan and wasn’t interested in being married anymore. It was hard to be married to a man who was practically single (according to his thinking and lifestyle).

Spiritual Warfare Prayer #1 The Weapon of Prayer

As I was healing from my encounter with Satan, I joined a discipleship group at Perimeter Church. We met once a week and studied the book called The Armor of God.

It was eye-opening for me, especially all the exercises we did together.

The actual work of studying and applying the knowledge to my life’s challenges resulted in the biggest breakthroughs for me. That’s why every time I did my homework for my discipleship meeting, which finished with a spiritual warfare prayer, I recorded my prayers for my Christian podcast for women and published them also on YouTube.

The first prayer is dedicated to establishing prayer as a weapon. It’s a declaration of the goodness, sovereignty, and victory of God. The prayer focuses on what the word of God says about Satan, spiritual warfare, victory, the armor of God, and the weapon of prayer itself. It claims the gifts of joy, peace, wisdom, and contentment. It establishes how to recognize the enemy and how to confront him. It lays a solid foundation for all other powerful spiritual warfare prayers of protection that follow.

The Narcissist and I studied the book before we got married, and he then used all my vulnerabilities, disclosed during those studies, to manipulate me into suicidal depression and complete despair.

n this Christian podcast for women, on The Anna Szabo Show, I explain the five love styles: how we give love.

The second prayer is dedicated to the belt of truth. The truth of God regarding identity in Christ, His grace, forgiveness, loving-kindness, and His good plan. Understanding who God is and how He works allows us to be resilient to stress, stable in trials, resistant to spiritual injuries, and enables us to sustain significant pressure in adversity. The truth of God’s word is the best antidote to Satan’s pathetic yet clever lies. This prayer is a declaration of commitment to God’s eternal truth.

Five Love Languages In The Bible

“Five Love Languages” is a book we were asked to study and take the test, during our marriage counseling, as things were going south, but he refused and actually used the simple counseling test for a huge deceptive manipulation. Any reason was a great reason for the Narcissist to fight, then project his faults as if they were not even his.

I did complete the test for counseling, and the Narcissist used the information about how I received love, to manipulate me into a total mental haze and feel so confused by him that I almost didn’t want to liv anymore. In this podcast episode of The Anna Szabo Show, I explain the five love languages: how we receive love.

Spiritual Warfare #3 The Breastplate of Righteousness

The third prayer is dedicated to the breastplate of righteousness. This prayer raises awareness of our heart’s condition. “If my heart’s condition is unhealthy, my life is unhealthy, my decisions are unhealthy, my future is unhealthy.”

This daily spiritual warfare prayer establishes the meaning of soul: “My soul is what makes me unique. My soul is my personality. My soul is my distinctive internal nature. My soul allows me to relate to myself.” This prayer focuses on the awareness of Satan’s plan to attack the soul, mind, will, and conscience of every Christian passionate about the Gospel.

The way Satan does this is by tempting us as he did Jesus. That’s why this spiritual warfare prayer declares God’s righteousness in us.

Spiritual Warfare #4 The Shoes of Peace

The fourth prayer is dedicated to the shoes of peace. This is a declaration of faith in God’s promises, which results in praying genuinely, which opens up the heart to trusting the journey, which opens the mind’s eyes to recognizing good things in hardships and feeling grateful, which results in the kind of peace that passes all understanding, which leads to the surrender of all worries, judgments, anger, and sadness to the Lord.

The fifth prayer is dedicated to the shield of faith. This is a declaration of believing in the promises of God, aka the things unseen. This prayer repeatedly calls on the name of God stating His scriptures back to Him as a reminder of your unshakable faith in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Faith leads to your wisdom, discernment, clarity, blessings, and courage. This spiritual warfare prayer declares the power of your faith in Christ.

Spiritual Warfare #6 The Helmet of Salvation

The sixth prayer is dedicated to the helmet of salvation. That is the very identity in Christ. It is who God says you are. It is what you put on every morning as you wake up as far as your perception of self.

This prayer focuses on the three stages of salvation: justification, sanctification, and glorification. It declares the power of your identity as a child of God. This spiritual warfare prayer differentiates between received and applied salvation and shines some light on the role of works alone with faith.

It also shares a list of my 52 Biblical affirmations. See the list here.

Spiritual Warfare #7 The Sword of The Spirit

The seventh prayer is dedicated to the sword of the Spirit. It encourages you to take responsibility for your thoughts, words, actions, habits, and lifestyle. It focuses your mind on abiding in Christ vs walking in your own power.

It emphasizes the value of always learning from God through the Holy Spirit and never leaning on mere human understanding of the world. This prayer is a request for the Lord’s guidance and leadership in every situation.

Gratitude Journal 2018

To continue the Thanksgiving Journal tradition from 2017, I shared my gratitude in 2018 as well. It was a year of healing and moving on. Then, in August, I was rear-ended in a car accident and hurt. I started a new job in a new industry, and I began thinking more and more seriously about this ministry, Online Discipleship For Women.

It was a year of coming out of isolation and building new relationships. It was a huge yar of prayer, and I began praying everywhere with everyone. Through that journey, my calling to ministry was nagging me almost every day by the end of 2018, but it took some journaling to see the pattern.

I saw my calling and purpose clearly early in 2019, quit my job, went to ministry with full focus, and didn’t post my next podcast episode for 13 months because I was single-handily building my ministry website, products, etc. My Gratitude Journal from 2018 led to those changes.

Gratitude Journal 2019

So, for 13 months, I didn’t post a single podcast episode and focused on building this website, writing over 1,000,000 words of faith-based content for you, and launching over 125 new products to encourage and empower you. I quit my job and did consult to support myself.

I became an artist and created an art collection, and I did several speaking gigs, all about God. He placed in my heart the desire to share my story of His glory from the global TEDx stage, and I started taking action in this direction. On January 11th, 2020 I was chosen to be a TEDx speaker for TEDx Marietta Square.

The changes to my lifestyle made in 2019 led to this dream come true. Life has been an amazing journey, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds! It is with confidence that I declare today, February 16th, 2020 that 2019 was the best year of my life! Here’s my gratitude journal for you.

Who Is Jesus?

I decided to make my 2020 content strategy for The Anna Szabo Show Christian Podcast for women all about you and your questions. So, I started the year off with some fundamentals of faith: Who Is Jesus? What Is Faith? Is God Good? Why Do Bad Things Happen?

So far, I had produced a helpful and detailed podcast episode for you every single week, and it’s February 16th, 2020 as I’m typing this content before I finish this podcast library for The Anna Szabo Show and send it in to the Google universe hoping that one day, you’ll read this very sentence and your faith will increase, your hope will grow, and you’ll know that God’s plan is good, because He ordained this very moment in which you are reading the words I typed in my bed, sharing my story of God’s glory to encourage and empower you.

Whew! This was a long sentence!

You can see that, as my healing progresses, my content refocused.

From dealing with my trauma, I moved on to helping you deal with life. Jesus did this: He prepared and equipped me for ministry, and He placed the burning desire into my heart to help alleviate suicide among women globally by sharing hope in Christ.

What Is Faith?

This is episode #2 of my new 2020 podcast strategy and it’s my favorite one so far. Why? Because there’s a big difference between faith and religion.

I am not religious. I have faith in Christ. I am a follower of Jesus.

Jesus was against religion. He advocated for you to have faith.

In this episode on The Anna Szabo Show, I talk openly about my thoughts on religion vs faith. I explain not only what faith is but also what habitual Christianity is, and how to discern a make-believe habitual Christian from a genuine disciple of Christ. I share also what faith means to me personally.

I encourage you to listen, ponder, and reflect on what faith means to you.

Is God Good?

There are so many objections I have to God’s goodness. I share them openly. Why? Because I don’t want this to be another lame prosperity-Gospel ministry. My purpose for this ministry, Online Discipleship For Women, and for my Christian podcast, The Anna Szabo Show, is to help make the Gospel practical and applicable to your daily experiences.

And in your daily life, you doubt God.

How do I know?

Me too!

Why Do Bad Things Happen?

As my speaking schedule got busier, I was recruited to be a keynote speaker at the Rotary Club of Sandy Springs, and this was the topic. By the way, if you need a Christian speaker for your next event, book me to speak.

people in the audience said that it was the most impactful keynote speech they’ve ever heard. I want you to listen to this Christian podcast for women, and in the end, I promise you will have discovered your own unique wonder-power. And yes, I wore a Wonder Woman costume to my speaking engagement. It was fun and very memorable. This topic changed my life!

Who Am I In Christ?

This topic is the most critical to understand. In today’s digital world of fast-paced bullying, narcissistic abuse spreading like the flu, and constant negative news attacking our minds forcing us to believe that suicide is the best way to cope with stress, we must know who God says we are.

I wrote an ebook about it. Download it now for free.

This episode gives you 52 aspects of your identity as a child of God to know, explore, understand, and embrace so that you can be grounded in the word of God and not the opinions of people who don’t even have their own lives figured out. If you really master your identity in Christ, you’ll be unshakable, steadfast, and resolute in your faith walk.

A Letter To My Mother

I told you a lot about my narcissistic marriage but my story of narcissist abuse had begun way before my encounter with Satan. I was born to and raised by two narcissistic mothers: my mom and her mom.

Much pain was caused by the childhood abuse I experienced.

I dedicated my 2019 to processing every little bit of those memories, their impact, and the trauma inflicted on me. And then, I wrote this letter.

I help you see yourself the way God sees you.

In the last few years, I’ve personally been on a quest to figuring out and conquering the negative voices in my head that distort my understanding of who I am. I call those voices the Shitty Committee, and each of us has that special committee in our headspace.

I’ve specifically been focusing on my identity in Christ.

From the Bible, I discovered 52 incredibly-positive things God says about us as His children. Those 52 precious discoveries turned into 52 Biblical affirmations I created to encourage and empower Christian women.

To help share this life-changing information with you, I created an ebook called #52Devotionals. Download it now for free

My free ebook helps you understand who God says you are. Don’t be vulnerable to identity attacks from the mainstream media, relatives, coworkers, your boss, society, culture, and the voices in your head.

Stand firm and know what God says about you.
